A purpose-built teaching space, clubhouse and beehives, accessible to all ages and abilities, providing a safe environment where visitors can observe and learn about bees both inside and out.

The Centre will be eco-friendly, built to minimise its impact on the environment, with level access and parking for 20 cars, an education room, kitchen and toilets, including disabled facilities.

After successfully meeting our funding goal, construction on the Bee Centre started late 2024. Most of the building work is now complete and we expect the Centre to be ready to use by early 2026. See photos of the construction progress below.
